The location is probably the best in Kristiansand, just a few steps away from the beautiful Otterdalsparken and art galleries like Galleri Bi-Z, making it a perfect base for city strolls and park views.

I struggled with temperature control in the room, which made for an uncomfortable night. Parking was another hassle, as the hotel garage was full, and we had to park farther away. Additionally, the noise from the hallway was disruptive, likely due to a sports team staying nearby, which compromised the overall peace I was hoping for.

I had a lovely three-night stay here, enjoying a spacious room with a king-sized bed that provided an excellent night’s sleep. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of quality items, and I particularly appreciated the option to order cappuccinos. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were very attentive throughout my stay. However, housekeeping could use some improvement, as I noticed areas that weren't vacuumed properly.
